Of course, we can do sports in the holy month, and the most appropriate time is at least an hour and a half or two hours after breakfast, provided that the exercises are suitable for our physical fitness and also far from fasting hours and the sun and the high temperature so as not to cause dehydration or dehydration of the body.

What healthy eating regimen in fasting after surgery?

  • We must break our fast by taking stomach medicine in a quarter cup of lukewarm water and then take a low-calorie drink or any warm drink.
